Nobile Suites Monumental - Brasilia

We had a great stay in this hotel. The room was big and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay. The hotel is located close to almost everything in this city; we were able to visit several tourist places that were just a few minutes away. transportation was available by executive bus line from the airport to the hotels sector. The breakfast was enjoyable and the hotel staff was friendly. We also appreciated that the hotel had parking facilities.

The executive bus line from the airport to the hotels sector is very convenient, with stops close to all city attractions and the main avenue. the location is perfect for sightseeing, with easy access to the Brasilia monuments. the hotel is very close to restaurants and shopping centers. the room is basic but clean, with comfortable beds and a functional bathroom. the breakfast is decent, with options for every taste. the rooftop pool and sauna offer a relaxing view of the city.

The customer service lacks both professionalism and courtesy.

The room was spacious and confortable, the location was central, close to transport and Shopping Mall.

The hotel is under staffed, We reserved a triple room, but when we arrived, around 3pm, there were no bed for my daughter. At 10 pm after many complains by phone, I went to the reception. There I found the only receptionist surrounded by unsatisfied guests. She look like a malabarist handlling the requests, complains and phone calls.

The room was confortable and provided with a desk, a sofa, a wardrobe, a microwave oven, a television, a few cupboards and shelves, besides the bed. The furniture was new.

The breakfast wasn´t goog enough for the price and the degree of the hotel.

No suite at all ! A small room, with table and chair, bare cupboards and a sofa, so they call it a suite ! Hardly any room for ourselves and the luggage ! It´s a rip off ! Luxury suit ? What a joke !!!

Great value for money! the hotel's location is unbeatable, with easy access to major attractions and a short walk to the stadium. the breakfast options were fantastic, as there was an abundance of fresh and delicious food served daily.

The rooms were a bit noisy, but this was to be expected given the hotel is located on a busy intersection. the facilities were a bit dated and lacked modern amenities.

The reception staff speak excellent english and were extremely helpful.I Cannot praise the reception staff highly enough.They answered all our questions (where is the nearest mall? Atm?) and went out of their way to assist us with last minute requests eg a bus tour of the city, for four people, which we requested 15 minutes before it was scheduled to leave (no problem at all), and a taxi to Abadainia for four with a lot of luggage (needed right now!) They had this taxi arranged in just a few minutes, two staff went to the taxi rank outside with me, and they spoke with taxi drivers, located a suitable taxi and helped me negotiate a very, very good price for the trip.

The sheets on the single beds were so scant there was not even a centremetre to tuck under the bed itself, so the sheets would not stay in place! And the kitchen in the room was just a sink, lots of empy shelves and a microwave, absolutely nothing else, no cutlery, no crockery or no cookware, no utensils whatsoever. We didnt plan to cook so this was no problem for us, but the Booked.net description says kitchen and this implies you can use it to cook, but you cannot unless you bring everything with you.

The breakfasts were delightful and the location very good. We were across the street from the TV Tower, which is a city landmark and on the line down to the capitol. We could walk about a long block to a shopping center for food, needed items, etc. I would recommend it to all.

We did have a small problem with our keys signing out every morning, but that was easily fixed with apologies and speed.

The room had a small kitchen, which was really useful since I was traveling on a budget. The location was great, very close to popular tourist spots and easily accessible by public transportation. The rooftop pool was a nice way to unwind after a long day of work.

The WiFi was not available in the rooms, only in the lobby for a short period of time. This made it difficult to get work done in a timely manner.

Nsm is an elegant modern 14-storey property providing great comfort at a reasonable price. My room - one of the smallest on the 7th floor - was cleverly designed with separate kitchen space, sitting space, bathroom and bed space and it did not feel 'boxy'. The tv could be rotated between the sitting space and the bed space. Three modern prints gave an added touch of elegance. The bed space commanded a panoramic view of Brasilia's Monumental Axis, its tv Tower and its grand illuminated fountain. The property is centrally located a short walk from three large shopping plazas and the central bus station. The buffet breakfast was good. The desk service was excellent. My stay could not have been bettered in any way.
